Why the ERA is Back

For those of us that have been fighting for equal rights for decades — the ERA was never gone. The time is closer than ever for the proposed 28th Amendment which declares that:

“Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.”
